Way to start a new month...

Boo to me. I was all pumped to kickstart March with a bang. I have so much to look forward to:
- getting fit
- losing some weight
- eating better=feeling better
& so much more...ALL before Dave comes home. I had 4 freaking weeks. Now I'm down to 3, and one of those I *may* be travelling to Texas (eating out, no working out, bad food options).

How bad have I been?
* Well, today is Mar 4 and I haven't been to the Gym since Feb 28.
* Although I bought a crapload of Lean Cuisine & PC Healthy choice boxes as recommended for dinner, I ended up eating those for lunch a few times, and then skipping supper a few days.
* Previously if I didn't make it to hte gym, I'd still manage some sort of excersize, whether it be swimming, or pilates video, or just some good stretching. ...yea... none of that
Ok just hit me now

I really have to get back on track, and I know it. Yesterday I was motivated to go to the gym, but I had something funky going on with my stomach... so much so, that I had to leave work early. Not too sure what it was (although everyone's first guess is 'are you preggo?')

Anyway, tomorrow is Wednesday. Mid week. I *need* to get back on track.
My results since starting my healthy regime have been less than stellar and I need to start seeing results... albeit the tiniest results, I need something. Otherwise I'm good at talking myself out of things and making excuses, and I could end up slipping back to my old ways.


Anyway, If I dont' make it to the gym tomorrow I'm going to kick my own ass.

I'm disgusted.

Oh, btw, I started this post as I was watching an ebay auction (that i've been eyeing for DAYS) and lost track of time.
By the time I remmebered, I flipped back to the ebay auction and I had 4 SECONDS to post my bid.
I missed it.
Now I have to wait.

Look on the bright side, since you are totally aware that you need to do something, your risk of slipping backwards is slim to none right?

Aww sweetie! Don't be so hard on yourself. Today is only March 5th, you still have 26 days this month to rock!
And lets be honest, even if you don't lose any weight in the next 3 weeks, Dave is still going to be so excited to see you! And you are cute as a button to begin with so I know that he is going to think you look fantastic, no matter what.

That being said, if your belly feels better today, get a workout in. It will make you feel so much better. Its amazing what a good workout can do for your self esteem.

And - I just missed the end of an auction on ebay for a cute little dress I wanted - so I feel ya!

the first step is realizing you need to take action, so you've got that in your favour. don't try to change your entire lifestyle at once... it's the little things that will make it easier to stick with. good luck - you can do it!
