Get your (workout) groove on

Good morning everyone!!

I'd planned on updating my ipod today to add some new tunes to it, and it got me wondering: what does everyone listen to during their workouts?

I'm looking for some new ideas, & fresh tunes to update my Nano with, so I welcome any and all suggestions!

Happy Monday!

Metallica (ANYTHING BY THEM!!)
Beyonce

Ok....my taste is ALL over the Map but here it is:

Justin Timberlake
Christina Aguilera
Tool
Tea Party
Live
A perfect Circle
'new' Britney
Madonna
Abba
Beyonce
Destiny's child (old school)
Coldplay

Lots more....anything with an awesome beat, and that has lots of different stages. Oh, one album that ALWAYS gets me going is L.A.M.B by Gwen Stefani. Specifically..."wind it up' and 'what you wating for?' seriosly....gets me PUMPED!!!

Happy work out!

I have two 'work out' playlists on my pod, that are specifically designed for warm-up, mid work out and cool down. Seriously, It's all over the place, but I'm crazy about them....They just make me want to move!

Yay! A new visitor to my blog!! Thanks for leaving a comment. SO far I am loving yours!! We have something in common...Ryan on BB9. He totally reminds me of my husband...for me though it's more of his body then his face. I found myself rooting for him to stay simply because of the similarity.

Okay my workout list right now contains songs from the past like Guns N Roses, but in Dec my workout mix was:

Fancy Footwork-Chromeo
Stronger-Kanye West
Ayo Technology- 50 Cent
LoveStoned- Justin Timberlake (anything by him works)
Give it to me-Timbaland
Shut Up and Drive-Rihanna (anyting by her works too)

Usually I will see what the top 10 downloaded songs are on itunes, and more often then not, there are some good workout songs on there.

living to feel good: Hahahah oh boy that Ryan on BB9. He better not get evicted. I'm liking watching him (my boyfriend is away for 4 weeks, so I can get my fix 3 nights a week LOL)
I have most of your music, i love it. you should try the Tiesto Remixed LoveStoned. Its great!

Thanks everyone!! I'm still open to suggestions! I heart new music!
