Sleepless nights

Two nights in a row I've not had any sleep. I thought I was lucky Saturday night since there was no work Sunday, however the same thing happened last night.

Needless to say I am pretty much a zombie.

I have no idea what is going on?? I *never* have any difficulties sleeping, yet I have had issues 2 nights in a row... hrmmmm...

On a positive note - since I was up so early, I managed to get my "Body Shaping - Windsor Pilates" video in. :)

I always have sleeping issues when I have stuff on my mind....I just can't seem to 'shut up' in my head....just keeps going over and over everything!! I suggest a long hot bath with anything lavendar scented (lavendar helps with sleep) and allow yourself lots of time to fall asleep.

Also, this sounds strange but take your clock out of your room, or turn it around or something so you can't see it.... I find that when I can see the time, I'm constantly trying to figure out how much sleep I'll still be able to sleep if I finally fall asleep before a certain time, and I get obsessed with it, which just fills my head up MORE!!

Sleep tight Lex!!!

That is an adorable picture! I HATE not being able to sleep...I hope whatever it is gets resolved soon.

I've been there! Lately I've been sleeping better and not having any problems. A warm shower/bath before bed helps. I have a sound machine that blocks out sound so I don't have issues (I am a very light sleeper). Don't workout too close to bed time, either.

Great job on the Windsor Pilates. That is hard!!
