I’m on Team Bill

For True Blood that is!   Definitely not the hurricane that’s approaching!

Apparently this bugger is lining itself up just like Hurricane Juan did.  I wasn’t living in Nova Scotia for that badboy, but it is still talked about significantly 6 years later.

Yikes!

So today was my first full day on WW (online).  I am definitely a newb at this so I’ve been reaching out to my girls Jaime, Angie, Les & Lynn for help & support!

What an eye opener this program is.  I realized my favorite morning coffee (Tim Hortons XL triple triple) is 10 yes you read that right…TEN POINTS!

Eeeekkkkkk!!

I also indulged in a Bacon Breakfast Sandwich (not something I do regularly…. it’s been months) and that was another TEN POINTS!!

Of my 22 daily points allowance, I’d already used up TWENTY!!  What an eye opener!  It definitely opened my eyes!!

For lunch I had a BLT Wrap on a whole wheat wrap.  If I calculated it properly the whole thing was 5 Points.

For supper I plan on throwing together a salad (I cant BBQ in this beautiful weather… no propane… arg!) and a boiled corn on the cob from the valley.  I had one yesterday and it was SOOO sweet & delicious!!!

I’ve also just made Stewed Rhubarb, recipe courtesy of Lynn.  I cannot wait to try it! MMMMM!

Tonight Big Brother is on and it’s going to be FANTASTIC!!! Sayonara Chima!

As a sidenote,- I saw something terrible today.  Brace yourself ladies (and gents) it’s pretty gory:

 

 

 

 

CHRISTMAS stuff at COSTCO!!

I don’t know if they’ve realized this….but…. IT’S AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
